Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Manager
- Develops, refines, validates and manages project plans to ensure on time and on budget delivery of major technology initiatives across the enterprise.
- Responsible for utilizing project management methods, standards, project integration as well as the coordination of all internal and external resources required to complete assigned projects.
- Provides timely and concise communications to functional leadership regarding project status and pending issues; analyzes processes and makes recommendations for optimizing resources and product delivery.
- Develops project plans based on specifications provided by the Portfolio Management staff and manages effective execution of the initiatives.
- Builds consensus among multiple process leads relative to project scope, task execution, staffing and issue resolution.
- Sourcing with vendors on behalf of the business area represented.
- Provides overall financial direction for the projects to manage the development of budgets, controls and measurements to monitor project progress.
- Identifies potential risks within the project; proactively manages issues.
- Participates in identifying project costs, resource allocation, project schedule changes and issue escalation.
- Frequently interacts with staff including business area management, portfolio managers, vendors, consultants and other contractors.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
- Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with both internal and external team members including executive business owners, product managers and vendors.
- Conduct formal review with business sponsor at project completion to confirm acceptance and satisfaction to track and measure client satisfaction levels and make and implement recommendation.
- Resource and Capacity Management
Scrum Master
- Coach the development team and stakeholders on how to use Agile/Scrum practices, ceremonies, mindset, processes, methods, and effective ways of working while also helping in improving adherence to best practices.
- Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other scrum-related meetings.
- Guide the groups they work with by providing meaningful feedback and effectively facilitate retrospectives to pull actionable changes for the team.
- Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with both internal and external team members including executive business owners, product managers and vendors.
- Conduct formal review with business sponsor at project completion to confirm acceptance and satisfaction to track and measure client satisfaction levels and make and implement recommendation.
Educational Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or engineering
Certifications:
- PMP / Scrum Master certification / CSP / PMI-ACP / Related certification required, SaFE Certification
Work Experience:
- 10+ years of IT experience including prior Project Management experience

- Strong experience around project financials / budget management and reporting, and and resource capacity management.
- Nice to have : Agile Scrum experience
- Nice to have : Experience with managing SAP development work and teams. Familiarity with SAP and/or have managed projects in an SAP environment
Tools Knowledge:
- Mandatory - Advanced Excel skills, such as data analysis, pivot tables, lookups.
- Mandatory - Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) : Jira / Azure DevOps
- Nice to Have - Experience of Project and Portfolio Management tools e.g., Clarity, Open Workbench
Work timings: 12 pm to 9 pm IST
Experience & Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 4+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in IT project management or IT delivery.
