About the role

As Programme Lead, Performance and Sustainability (APAC & ISC), you will be accountable for end-to-end leadership of a portfolio of Supply Chain programmes.  This is a true programme lead role.  While the initial anchor programmes are focused on OU supply chain performance and sustainability programmes that deliver Haleon’s sustainability ambitions and commitments across our Asia Pacific markets and ISC; the role is designed to flex over time and may take accountability for new Supply Chain programmes as they are developed and rolled out in response to evolving business priorities.  Reporting to the APAC + ISC Operational Transformation Head and based in Singapore, this role is key to driving operational transformation across the region through disciplined programme delivery and sustainable benefits realisation. You will partner with regional and local leaders across Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and Markets to shape the sustainability agenda and initiative roadmap, mobilise delivery plans, manage dependencies and risks, and provide clear governance and reporting to senior stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

Programme Leadership & Portfolio Ownership

• Act as Programme Lead for a portfolio of Supply Chain programmes, with initial anchors in OU supply chain performance and sustainability
• Translate enterprise and Supply Chain strategy into clear, prioritised programme roadmaps aligned to Haleon performance imperatives and sustainability commitments.
• Mobilise programmes with clear scope, governance, ways of working and cross‑functional operating models that enable effective delivery across markets and sites.

Strategy, Performance & Sustainability Delivery

• Lead delivery of performance improvement and sustainability programmes across APAC (e.g. productivity, cost, service, operating model effectiveness, decarbonisation, energy efficiency, waste, water, circularity or responsible sourcing), from business case through execution and close‑out.
• Partner with business and functional leaders to identify initiatives, prioritise trade‑offs, secure resources and align delivery to global commitments and local requirements.

Programme Management & Governance

• Build and maintain integrated programme plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets and risks, ensuring strong delivery cadence and proactive issue resolution.
• Own benefits management across the portfolio: define baselines, KPIs and measurement approaches; track delivery of performance and sustainability outcomes; and ensure sustainability of benefits over time.
• Drive effective governance by facilitating steering forums, preparing decision‑ready materials, providing transparent status reporting (delivery, KPIs, risks, interlocks) and managing RAID and change control.

Change, Engagement & Capability

• Lead change management and communication plans that maximise engagement, enable adoption and address organisational resistance across diverse markets and cultures.
• Influence outcomes through senior stakeholders without direct authority, building trust, alignment and accountability across the Supply Chain ecosystem.
• Drive continuous improvement by standardising tools, templates and best practices; capturing lessons learned and scaling successful pilots across the region.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Maintain strong networks across Supply Chain, Finance, Sustainability, Markets and global teams to enable effective programme delivery.
• Manage internal and external partners (where applicable) to deliver to time, cost and quality while ensuring appropriate compliance and controls.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programmes/projects (end-to-end) with strong governance, planning and delivery discipline.
• Strong programme governance, planning and control skills (integrated plans, dependencies, change control), with the ability to drive outcomes in a matrixed environment.
• Experience delivering sustainability, ESG or operational improvement initiatives within supply chain, manufacturing, procurement or a related environment.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with proven ability to lead, influence and drive outcomes through stakeholders who do not report to you in a matrix environment.
• Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills, including ability to define KPIs, build business cases, and track benefits (e.g., CO2e, energy, waste, water, cost/ROI) using structured data and senior-ready reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management capability, including engaging and influencing stakeholders across multiple geographies and seniority levels (often without direct authority), and facilitating workshops and steering forums.
• Working knowledge of sustainability concepts relevant to operations (e.g., GHG accounting basics, renewable energy options, circularity, responsible sourcing) and associated controls/compliance considerations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a matrixed, regional/global organisation, with exposure to APAC markets and complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Knowledge of relevant sustainability frameworks and reporting expectations
• Experience leading global-to-local rollouts and change adoption across multiple sites/markets.
• Collaborative, proactive and comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a continuous improvement mindset.
