The Program Manager will lead a team of 15-20 engineers in delivering Hyperscaler CaaS Infrastructure, focusing on servers and switches, managing operations, and ensuring adherence to processes while addressing customer needs and performance issues.

About this opportunity:
This Role would be responsible for Hyperscaler CaaS Infrastructure delivery (like Servers, Routers, switches, etc). green light testing with Production planning and control, Leading the team size of 15-20 engineers and technicians. Handling Hyperscaler Customer Program Delivery, Team will be working on Servers/Switches and SKUs Production environment.• We believe in trust - we trust each other to do the right things!• We believe in taking decisions as close to the product and technical expertise as possible.
What you will do:
• Servers & Switches Expert, Leadership, driving innovations, senior resource with E2E telecom IT services / network knowledge • Be part of a team managing specific Hyperscaler managed Serves in India • Handling Inventory Management.• High focus on managing the team to meet SLA/WLA.• Problem Escalations and Follow-ups (CSR) with various Stakeholders for Hyperscaler operations.• Performance Analysis & Investigation• Interface with Customer, 3PP and related Stakeholders.• Ensure smooth and quality system/service handover from Project with Acceptance Test.• Management in Troubleshooting/Fault finding/RCA in configuration/hardware/software Outage/emergency Management.• Adherence to Processes , like Ware house Inventory management, Customer order delivery • To undertake any other reasonable task as assigned.
The skills you bring:
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.• Must have12+ year of experience in IT Telecom domain with good customer handling, technical capabilities in Servers and Switches & Transmission domain. Also good team player and mentor. • Knowledge of IP protocols for Mobility and Enterprise Networks along with the knowledge of transport carrier network over DWDM/SDH/MW (Multivendor)• Understanding of Cloud network in reference to IP technologies.• Management and technical certification will be added advantage
