We are looking for a Product Manager who is eager to learn, take ownership, and help shape how our teams build products that make a real difference.
At Stadium, we’re building products that bring delight and connection to organizations worldwide. From thoughtful gifting to brand-building experiences, our platform combines creativity, data, and technology to make every interaction meaningful.
In this role, you will work closely with Head of Product and other key stakeholders to translate business goals and user insights into clear, well-defined product features. You will collaborate with teams across Engineering, Design, Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing to design scalable, impactful solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in a startup or product-led environment who wants to grow in a high-ownership, fast-moving, and collaborative setting.
Your responsibilitiesProduct strategy & vision• Own and champion the product roadmap for your area, balancing short-term delivery with a longer-horizon view of where the product needs to go.
• Monitor market trends, competitor products, and emerging user behaviours to inform strategic positioning.
• Build and present business cases for new initiatives — connecting feature investment to revenue, retention, and growth outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Head of Product to define product vision, priorities, and goals across specific modules or initiatives.
Discovery & user insight
• Drive structured discovery — conduct user interviews, surveys, and journey mapping exercises to generate deep insight, not just surface feedback.
• Synthesise qualitative and quantitative signals into clear problem statements and opportunity briefs.
• Stay closely connected to user needs, team workflows, and emerging product trends.
Prioritisation & decision-making
• Apply outcome-driven prioritisation frameworks (e.g. OKRs, RICE, opportunity scoring) to make and defend trade-off decisions.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog with clear, actionable, business-aligned user stories.
• Support sprint planning and delivery activities to ensure consistent execution against priorities.
Cross-functional collaboration & influence
• Partner with Operations, Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, and Design to understand workflows, surface challenges, and align on solutions.
• Build consensus and influence direction without relying solely on authority — bring stakeholders along through clear thinking and well-structured proposals.
• Present product strategy and progress to leadership in a way that is clear, data-informed, and actionable.
• Support Project Managers in aligning priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
Go-to-market & launch
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success on launch strategy — shaping how new features and product changes land with users and customers.
• Define success metrics for launches and monitor post-release performance to guide iteration.
Execution & delivery
• Work with engineers and designers to clarify requirements and ensure successful, high-quality implementation.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or product improvement across workflows.
• Translate cross-functional insights into structured requirements and user stories.
• Use analytics and feedback to measure product success and propose iterative enhancements.
RequirementsWhat we're looking for
• 5–7 years of product management experience in a startup, scale-up, or product-led environment.
• A track record of owning product areas end-to-end — from discovery and strategy through to delivery and iteration.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and prioritise effectively.
• Experience conducting user research and synthesising insights into clear product direction.
• Comfort making trade-off decisions and articulating the reasoning behind them.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can write a crisp brief and present a compelling case.
• Collaborative by nature, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and align stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile delivery practices and tools (e.g. Jira, Linear, Notion).
Nice to have
• Experience in e-commerce, gifting, brand merchandise, or B2B SaaS platforms.
• Exposure to analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker.
• Experience working with or alongside a design system and design-led teams.
