Role
Overview
We
are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive the positioning,
messaging, go-to-market strategy, and adoption of our SaaS platform. The role
will act as a bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success,
translating product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for
customers and prospects.
The
ideal candidate is a strong storyteller, strategic thinker, and hands-on
marketer who can understand a complex SaaS product, identify customer needs,
and turn insights into impactful marketing initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop clear
product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market
strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely
with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure
consistent communication across the customer journey.
- Own product and
feature launches from planning and messaging to execution, enablement, and
post-launch analysis.
- Translate
complex product capabilities into simple, customer-focused narratives,
presentations, website content, campaigns, and sales collateral.
- Conduct market
research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer
needs, competitive gaps, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Build and
maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, product
briefs, battlecards, FAQs, demo narratives, and objection-handling
resources.
- Partner with
Sales and Customer Success teams to understand customer challenges,
objections, feedback, and product adoption barriers.
- Develop customer
personas, use cases, industry narratives, and segment-specific messaging.
- Gather and
synthesize Voice of Customer insights to influence product positioning,
roadmap discussions, and marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with
the content and demand-generation teams to develop campaigns that
communicate product value and generate qualified demand.
- Support product
demos, webinars, events, customer presentations, and other market-facing
initiatives.
- Monitor product
and campaign performance and use data-driven insights to refine messaging,
positioning, and GTM strategies.
- Keep product
messaging, competitive intelligence, and marketing collateral current as
the product and market evolve.
Requirements
- 8–12
years of experience in Product Marketing, SaaS Marketing, B2B Marketing,
or a related Go-to-Market role.
- Experience
working with B2B SaaS or technology products is strongly preferred.
- Strong
understanding of product positioning, messaging, GTM strategy, product
launches, and sales enablement.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of
professional English.
- Ability to
simplify complex product concepts and communicate them in a clear,
persuasive, and engaging manner.
- Strong
storytelling and content development capabilities.
- Good
understanding of market research, customer insights, competitive analysis,
and buyer personas.
- Comfortable
working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Design,
and Marketing teams.
- Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert data
and market insights into actionable strategies.
- Highly
organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives
simultaneously.
- Proactive and
adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced SaaS
environment.
- Familiarity with
CRM, marketing automation, analytics, research, and productivity tools is
an advantage.
- Experience
creating presentations, product collateral, sales enablement assets, and
customer-facing content.
- A bachelor’s
degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is
preferred.
