We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Equipment Services (EQS) Marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute targeted marketing growth strategies for our OptiRun Services Parts and Upgrades Portfolio. This position is based in Bangalore, India, and will report to our EQS Global Product Marketing Director.

What will you do:

  • Develop and own product-specific marketing strategies, product positioning, targeting, and commercialization plans.
  • Set the goals, objectives, and positioning for marketing campaigns based on market orientation and support the development of persona-driven content to drive message consistency.
  • Understand customer needs by supporting market analysis activities to monitor market trends, needs, segmentation, and competitors.
  • Partner with product management to define and influence product roadmaps and ensure product-market fit.
  • Track product adoption, market share, and messaging impact.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5 years’ experience in marketing/ service product management/ marketing communications with a strong understanding of service offerings such as contracts, qualifications, operator training, spare parts, remote monitoring, and eCommerce catalog expansion.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and executing lead generation and awareness initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience in building content/ creative concepts per buyers’ journey
  • Experienced and confident in managing marketing projects (eCommerce catalog, NPIs, customer VOC, etc.)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Familiar with Danaher Business Tools (DBS): Transformative Marketing, Launch Excellence, Strategic Segmentation and PSP.
  • Prior experience with Service Max, Sales Force and Google Analytics
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of stakeholder
