Role Description

At Respond.io, the Product Team is pivotal to our company’s success. We are seeking a detailed-oriented individual that is ready to be part of our product team to drive the full spectrum of a software development product lifecycle (SDLC). With your unique blend of business and technical knowledge, you will require to lead our product strategy that solves user challenges and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to expert on the product, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs, frustrations, and business priorities while effectively communicating insights to stakeholders and teams to drive informed decisions.
  • Conduct market and trends research to stay ahead of competitors, identifying opportunities for innovation and advising on relevant product trends and feature integrations that add value to both the business and customers.
  • Prioritize problems and features strategically, balancing customer impact, business goals, and available resources by leveraging data insights, market research, and stakeholder input to ensure the highest-value initiatives move forward.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine and evolve product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, industry trends, and user needs while proactively identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Define clear, actionable requirements and feasible solutions, translating complex problems into structured product specifications, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and maintaining open communication for smooth execution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Tech, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to drive execution, ensuring timely and effective delivery of product.
  • Continuously analyze data and customer feedback to refine the product experience, measure success, and drive a user-centric, insight-driven approach to decision-making that ensures ongoing improvements and optimizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent) in a SaaS or fast-growing tech company.
  • Good understanding of product management practices, including product discovery, prioritization, and software development processes.
  • Customer-focused and data-driven mindset, with the ability to gather and use customer insights and data to improve products.
  • Basic technical knowledge of how software products are built, allowing smooth collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, working effectively with teams across Tech, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Excellent command of English with strong communication skills. Able to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely in both writing and speech.
  • Ability to research markets and competitors, identifying trends and opportunities for the business.
  • Problem-solver with an analytical approach, able to make informed decisions and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
