We're looking for someone with deep IT domain knowledge and an entrepreneurial spirit to join the Nexthink Library team, creators of the no-code content packs that make Nexthink instantly valuable for customers.
You'll own a portfolio of IT topics (for example: AI compliance, endpoint health, collaboration tools, Windows upgrades, or zero-trust readiness) and lead them end-to-end: researching customer pain points, shaping the roadmap, creating the solutions yourself, and collaborating across product, marketing, and customer success to bring them to market.
This role is ideal for experienced IT consultants or IT professionals who want to dramatically scale their impact. Instead of helping one company at a time, you'll identify patterns across industries and build solutions that help thousands of organisations and millions of employees work more efficiently and productively.
It's also a great match for product managers with strong IT backgrounds who want to build and ship solutions fast. You can design, create, and release content in minutes, without waiting for engineering cycles, while also contributing directly to Nexthink's growth.

What You'll Do
Own Your Domain
- Define and deliver the roadmap for multiple IT topic areas within the Nexthink Library.
- Spot trends, customer pain points, and emerging technology to identify impactful new solutions.
Build and Ship No-Code Solutions Fast
- Design and build Nexthink Library packs end-to-end from concept to ready-to-use solutions.
- Ship in minutes, not months, without waiting for engineering cycles by leveraging Nexthink's platform capabilities. We were able to respond to the Crowdstrike outage in under a day and help our customers immediately.
- Track adoption, usage patterns, and customer outcomes to understand what resonates and continuously iterate.
Collaborate and Influence
- Craft and deliver compelling product pitches to internal teams, customers, and prospects, highlighting how your packs solve their most pressing issues.
- Collaborate across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to understand market needs, influence platform capabilities, and build solutions that help win and retain customers.
Qualifications
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Enterprise IT or IT Consulting, ideally in Digital Workplace, End-User Computing, IT Operations, or related domains.
- Experience at the Senior Consultant or Consultant level at IT consulting firms, like Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG is particularly valuable. Product management experience is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to structure complex IT problems, uncover insights, and translate them into clear, actionable solutions.
- Broad understanding of modern enterprise IT environments, including workplace technology, IT service delivery, endpoint management, identity, and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills: experience surfacing customer pain points, framing them in a broader business or industry context, and pitching solutions that clearly convey value.
- Entrepreneurial and self-directed, comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end and working in an environment with many inputs and stakeholders.
- Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a fast-moving environment with many inputs and stakeholders.
