You will 🚀Develop and validate product hypotheses and support feature implementation
Research new growth opportunities, both within and outside the existing network portfolio
Build relationships with key partners in the ecosystem
Work really closely with the team on a daily basis to ensure product success and achievement of key metrics goals (DevOps, developers, marketing, sales, finance)
Actively participate in the community life (collaboration with the validator community, act as an expert for our client support team, participate in on-chain governance & community discussions)
Engage with customers (exchanges, wallets, asset managers) gathering feedback, identifying pain points and facilitating product onboarding
Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to integration, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards
At least 5+ years of Product Management experience in fast-growing tech startups, with a focus on crypto/fintech companies
Deep expertise in Blockchain & Web3, with hands-on experience in the blockchain, DeFi, or Web3 space
A successful portfolio of B2B products you’re proud of, where you’ve been directly involved from ideation and development through to go-to-market implementation, including legal, marketing, and sales
Accountable for overall product results in terms of revenue and business metrics
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels, from developers to investors and community members, even without direct authority
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences
Strong track record in product management, including analytics, finance, planning, and support teams
Analytical and research experience is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments
Deep understanding of the EVM ecosystem, including staking and DeFi platforms
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
