Job Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Compile engineering specifications and documentation, like Design studies, including DVP&R's, 8D's, GD&T, BOM.
• Understanding of trim textile and trim development process.
• Review and Check Foam, trim and Seat STO guidelines and Provide Feedback to Customer and CFT.
• Understanding of Trim Cut & sew process and able to create trim PPAP documents.
• Maintain and generate trim patterns in Master trim Software and check producibility report.
• Understanding of Catia & Accumarks software. Check and walk trim patterns in Accu Mark software.
• Responsible for all trim design & drawings release on timely and maintain ECN/PCN history / Record and verify process.
• Responsible for seat complete craftsmanship and seat AAR.
• Responsible for presenting CCDR reviews.
• Work with the manufacturing division to ensure the DFMEA links to the PFMEA and control plans.
• Understanding the automotive IATF 16949 std.
• Review, approve and submit required change notices to ensure design outputs meet design inputs.
• Effectively conduct communication (verbal and written) with engineering, operations management, plant management, and customers, as appropriate.

Qualification & Experience:
Diploma/bachelor's degree in mechanical/production/Automobile Engineering
8-12 Year experience
