As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in DCS, you will play a crucial role in enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and ensure continuous product value delivery. Your responsibilities will include providing support and testing coordination for our post-trade STP clients, partnering with eSales and related teams, and identifying and resolving client issues. You will also contribute to the DCS Transformation agenda, work with agile project teams, and manage the launch of new products and features. This role offers you the opportunity to enhance your skills in requirements and data analysis, process mapping, and user interviews. You will also gain experience in managing UAT of new features and tracking project milestones. This role requires a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and promotes teamwork and a collaborative work environment.
Job responsibilities
- Partner with the eSales and related teams to ensure smooth enablement and setup of associated controls.
- Identify and remediate any client issues or queries raised by Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and/or the client.
- Act as a catalyst, educator, and cheerleader for the DCS Transformation agenda.
- Work with agile project teams in the design, development, and management of digital products and services, from early conceptual definition to design and development, through launch and adoption.
- Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
- Conduct requirements and data analysis, process mapping, and user interviews to define flows, pain points, and needs. Capture and document user stories and requirements for development resources and front-end requirements for UX Design resources.
- Manage UAT of new features, ensuring adequate test criteria and end-user expectations are met. Track and escalate project milestones, dependencies, and risks to all audiences, including senior stakeholders.
- Communicate project progress and completion within the DCS Organization in a timely manner. Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to execute key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.
- Support the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitor adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Raise blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources. Promote teamwork and a collaborative work environment. Be a self-starter with the ability to complete work with minimal supervision or management.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 3 years of business analysis, test management, product delivery and/or client services experience in a financial services organization
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, with proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Must be able to prioritize workloads, multitask, and react quickly to consistently changing business expectations.
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas, including Product Management, Engineering, UI/UX, Sales, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with Design Thinking framework, lean startup, and familiarity with user-centered practices, UX design, and product ideation.
- Proven analytical aptitude, including the ability to mine and analyses large, complex data sets.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Agile project management methodology, comfortable with managing delivery of functionality and features through development and design sprints.
- Strong problem-solving and problem identification skills to pre-empt obstacles and conflicts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, with an ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Familiarity with post trade STP flows and trade lifecycle
