Job responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for commercial lending products, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, sales, and compliance to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Work closely with technology teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of product features.
- Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on product management experience, in financial services or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree.
- Experience in commercial lending .
- Ability to understand and discuss technology concepts, architectures, and integrations with tech teams.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with commercial loan systems (e.g., Loan IQ, ACBS, or similar) is an added advantage.
