Job Profile Summary 

Create and define standard product offerings and items within multiple business systems. Act as the primary Business Operations interface between Business Units and Functional Groups, managing all item/offer inputs working cross-functionally within the Business Operations. Ensure item data is managed in accordance with standard operating procedures and meets specified quality standards; which may include ensuring data meets moderately complex business rules. Contributes to determining and setting standard operating procedures, data quality standards, and business rules relating to product information. Understands and represents the various interdependencies relating to product information within different business systems


Key Responsibilities 

•Interface with our business partners collecting requirements, defining detailed functional specifications, providing consultative recommendations and coordinate efforts to scope, schedule, and deployment of new items, as well as occasional cost/benefit analysis. Establish and maintain key cross-functional internal and external relationships. Assign product categories; initiate and maintain system data for item setup, item maintenance, end of life and item reactivation. Ensure item data is in compliance with data integrity standards. Perform data/ key entry into required systems adding new items and to input other required information. Responsible for having a thorough understanding of the product information data models, system interfaces and processes that enable the item set up and maintenance. Serves as a cross-functional resource on business projects dependent on product information.
