Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical and application assistance for customers, including education, training, and on-site visits.
- Lead method development activities for all chromatography products, focusing on LC MS.
- Conduct and present customer presentations, technical seminars, and training sessions on various chromatographic products and their applications.
- Prepare and deliver technical seminars to both existing and prospective customers as part of the sales process or at organized events.
- Deepen and broaden Thermo Fisher Scientific’s customer relationships with key scientific and educational leaders.
- Assist in crafting educational content for company-hosted websites, videos, seminars, and application reports.
- Be an integral part of the complaints handling process for product-related issues, ensuring flawless troubleshooting at demo labs or customer sites.
Requirements
- Post Graduate / PhD in Chemistry (Analytical / Organic), Biochemistry, or Pharmacy.
- Over 7 years of experience in LCMS/MS operations.
- More than 5 years of experience in the Pharma/Biopharma industry.
- Proven ability to generate technically reviewed application notes and contribute data/reports to global technical tools.
- Strong interest in learning alternate chromatographic techniques for customer support.
- Ability to stay updated on current technology trends and scientific literature, sharing insights with the sales force team.
- Willingness to travel extensively (over 70%) across India.
