Role Overview
The Product Analyst will support the Product Manager in driving product strategy and execution by performing market research, competitive analysis, managing product tools (like Aha!), and creating high-quality presentations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about product development.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
  • Prepare comparison reports of solutions and tools to support decision-making
• Product Management Support:
  • Maintain and update product roadmaps and feature details in Aha! or similar tools
  • Assist in backlog grooming and documentation of requirements
• Presentation and Communication:
  • Create clear, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews, demos, and stakeholder updates
  • Summarize complex data into actionable insights for internal teams
• Data and Insights:
  • Gather and analyze user feedback and product performance metrics
  • Support preparation of dashboards and reports for product KPIs
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or similar roles
• Proficiency in tools like Aha!, MS PowerPoint, Excel; familiarity with JIRA or Rally
• Proven solid analytical and research skills with attention to detail
• Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Proven collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize large amounts of information into concise insights
