How you will contribute
You will ensure that delivered services are optimized to meet business demands and the service operations strategy, plan, measure, report and communicate service improvement initiatives, and serve as a consultant on issues and resolutions. You will also recommend actions that can be taken to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. This role will require you to identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, establish and run vendor governance; collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices; work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components so they are aligned with security policy and governance; and ensure adherence to development and configuration standards and processes.

The individual in this role will be the process and system expert in Buy Directs processes having a special focus on CPRM (Commodities Price Risk Management) and will be responsible for delivering projects for the Buy Direct product. He/She will be responsible for having a globally streamlined BUY Directs process in STP and for ensuring all projects in the Product are on track and delivering the benefits. The person is also expected to have external sensing of the latest in the market and see how Mondelez would be able to be in line with the same
What extra ingredients you will bring:• Deep techno-functional experience in SAP (ECC/S4) - Material Management (STP module)• Knowledge of Commodity Risk management & hedging tools like Kiodex / Eka / ClearDox & other Non SAP applications in the Procurement landscape.• Good knowledge of integration with Finance• Project management & delivery expertise with global stakeholders & vendors• Hands on knowledge of qTest & JIRA tools• Business acumen & Stakeholder Management skills• Translation of business questions and requirements into technology-based solution• Strong focus in building cost effective innovations in solutions with emerging technology trends• Experience of agile approach and hands on technology trials
