This job is essential for owning the strategy and ensuring the associate digital experience of our HR digital products is user-friendly and effective by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. This role The Digital Content Product Owner is essential in driving the creation and delivery of digital content products that engage audiences, drive business objectives, and ensure a positive user experience. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management, and content expertise and plays a crucial role in the organization by evaluating the current state of digital HR tools, providing actionable recommendations, and analyzing large sets of user data to identify trends, patterns, and insights about user behavior. This job is essential for ensuring our digital HR tools are user-friendly and effective, by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. This role helps us understand user behavior and preferences, enabling us to anticipate and address potential issues proactively, and ensuring that our digital HR products meet the evolving needs of our users. User-Centered Design: Champion a user-centered design approach, understanding and prioritizing user needs to create engaging and valuable digital content.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in UX research, data analysis, or related fields are preferred.
- Proven experience in UX research, data analysis, and user behavior modeling.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and data analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in designing and conducting A/B tests and other experiments.
- Experience with personalization algorithms and recommendation systems.
- Skilled in quantitative research methods and providing statistical support for qualitative findings.
- Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques.
What will be your key responsibilities?
• The UX Researcher works collaboratively with associate experience teams, Solutions Team for Workday and Service Now, system engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate data-driven insights into the design and development process.
• This role involves close cross-functional with Digital Technologies, P&O teams, MGS service lines, Business Relationship manager and segments to ensure that user experience strategies are informed by robust data analysis and research. collaboration to ensure that user experience strategies are informed by robust data analysis and research.
• The UX Researcher employs various methods, such as data analysis, A/B testing, and predictive analytics, to gather and interpret user data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• By creating clear data visualizations and reports, the UX Researcher effectively communicates findings to team members and stakeholders, driving improvements in user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
