We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of experience in managing digital advertising campaigns and driving measurable business growth through paid marketing channels. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, and Google Ads, along with the ability to analyze campaign performance, optimize conversions, and maximize return on investment (ROI).

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns across search, display, video, and social media platforms. You will work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to develop high-performing campaigns that support lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility objectives.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across various paid media platforms.
  • Create, optimize, and scale campaigns using Google Ads, including Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, impressions, conversions, and quality score.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and bid strategy optimization to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising networks.
  • Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards to derive actionable insights.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and campaign strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad copies, banners, and campaign assets.
  • Track budgets, forecast campaign performance, and ensure optimal utilization of advertising spend.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present campaign insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives through data-driven marketing strategies.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience in Performance Marketing and Paid Media campaign management.
  • Expertise in Google Ads including Search, Display, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Good understanding of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, Google Analytics, and campaign attribution models.
  • Experience in audience targeting, bidding strategies, keyword planning, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising metrics and ROI optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and other social media advertising platforms is an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Google Ads Certifications or relevant digital marketing certifications preferred.
  • Experience working with lead generation, e-commerce, or B2B/B2C campaigns will be an advantage.
Experience
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, or Paid Media Management.
