The Team:
The People Operations Team is the foundational unit responsible for ensuring the efficient, compliant, and consistent delivery of essential HR services across the organization. This team maintains operational stability throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Within this structure, the People & Culture Systems Team serves as the critical engine, tasked with the strategic design, integrity, and optimal configuration of our HR technology stack (including Workday, ServiceNow, and other People Tech). Their mission is to drive operational automation and standardization, ensuring data consistency, system stability, and strategically leveraging technology to deliver a seamless, world-class employee experience.
The Role:
This position will be part of the People & Culture Systems Team, which acts as the critical bridge between business strategy and technology execution. The team's primary mission is to translate complex People Operations needs into precise technology requirements. This is a highly hands-on position that is pivotal in identifying the most efficient solutions, project managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, and configuring our core systems (Workday, ServiceNow, etc.) to deliver measurable business impact.
The work you’ll do:
People Tech Roadmap Execution: Lead the planning, management, and successful execution of projects outlined in the People Technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic HR goals and business priorities.
System Optimization & Automation: Partner with the Operations team, stakeholders and Systems Engineers to identify, design, and implement technical solutions for system optimizations, automations, and workflow efficiencies across HR processes.
System Enhancements & Configuration: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for system enhancements, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, change management, and post-implementation review for major HR applications.
Core HRIS Management (Workday Focus): Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and project lead for Workday initiatives, managing complex functional areas, troubleshooting and working with the Operations Systems Team as well as with the System Engineering Teams on continuous improvement.
Service Delivery Management (ServiceNow Focus): Manage daily operations and optimization of ServiceNow for HR service delivery, ensuring efficient case management, knowledge base utilization, and workflow routing for employee inquiries.
Troubleshooting: Act as an escalation point for complex technical system issues, performing root cause analysis, coordinating fixes with IT and vendor support as required, and ensuring timely resolution to minimize operational disruption.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Facilitate communication and collaboration between People Operations functional teams, IT partners, external vendors, and end-users to ensure project milestones are met and expectations are aligned.
System Knowledge & Growth: Maintain expert-level knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow capabilities and configuration. Exposure to or experience with specialized systems like Greenhouse (ATS) or other specialized systems (LMS, Compensation tools) is highly desirable and will be utilized in integration and enhancement projects.
Documentation & Governance: Ensure all system configurations, project plans, test scripts, and processes are thoroughly documented and comply with internal governance standards and data security protocols.
The qualifications you need:
This role requires a unique blend of operational HR knowledge, technical configuration expertise, and proven project management skills necessary to drive system change in a complex global environment.
- 5+ Years of HR Exposure: Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience working within an HR/People Operations department, providing a foundational understanding of core employee lifecycle processes (e.g., hiring, performance, compensation, benefits, termination).
- 3+ Years in a Similar Technical Role: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a dedicated HR Systems Analyst, HR Technology Specialist, or similar role focused on translating business needs into technical configuration.
- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects, including defining scope, managing stakeholders, creating deployment plans, and leading user acceptance testing (UAT).
Required Technical System Expertise

- ServiceNow HRSD Configuration (Must-Have): Proven experience configuring and deploying ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including case management, record producers, and knowledge base management.
Desired System Experience (Strongly Preferred)
