This person will be reporting into Manager, People Solutions Consultant and will be collaborating with teammates in various HR functions across various geographies. They will be part of India HR team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • We are looking for that person who can manage the daily HR operations in India to ensure all processes are administered in accordance to Nike’s global process and policy and local statutory requirements.

  • Responsible for answering/routing and recording of employees’ queries in a timely and professional manner, delivery HR services according to agreed service levels and providing an exquisite customer service experience.

  • Highly experienced, driven, energetic, and service-oriented HR personnel
    with the following skills and attributes:

    • 5 + years of Human Resources experience with foundational knowledge of local HR policies and practices.

    • Strong communication, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

    • Analytical skills and attention to detail.

    • Team player and strong experience working in a collaborative work environment.

    • Active contributor to continuous process improvement, relevant and effective knowledge data base and adequate utilization of HR systems and tools

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Lead and execute labour compliance requirements as per governing law. This includes maintaining all critical documentation for inspection and audits.

  • Create and maintain employee records, compliance folders as per standard operating procedures.

  • Liaison with external consultant to create and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual compliance filing including contract labour regulations requirements.

  • Process retiral program documents including EPF, gratuity, Superannuation, NPS and liaison with cross functional teams to support government notifications.

  • Coordinate with Learning & Development and cross functional teams to execute new hire onboarding programs.

  • Support in executing operational requirements for HR related programs including vendor management, billing cycles and extended support on organization development programs.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support queries related to HR letters such as employee verification letters, visa letters etc.

  • Act as a mentor for apprentices, support execution of training plan as per schedule.

  • Support HR Specialized Services delivery, including resolving moderately complex inquiries and transactions and escalating as needed to leaders on the team, delivering training, managing policies, supporting extended HR team and delivery of unique local programs as needed

  • Guide and coach teammates and managers on key moments that matter, including talent and organizational guidance, employee sensing, and compensation consulting. Facilitate the distribution of reports requested by the business.

  • Support delivery of HR programs, ensuring programs contribute to a compelling employee experience engaging with HR and meet business and local needs.

  • Utilizes knowledge management and case management systems to address, track and resolve teammate inquiries with quality and speed through a teammate-centric approach.
