Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of Channel/partner operations experience is preferred.
- Salesforce Knowledge: Proficiency in Salesforce including experience with Accounts, Contacts, Lead objects, and report creation.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of CRM systems and data analytics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, particularly in data management and reporting.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to take initiative and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a partner ecosystem or channel sales environment.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
