Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will engage with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. Your role will require you to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the applications meet the evolving requirements of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of application configurations and processes.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Experience with web application development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
- Knowledge of cloud services and deployment strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
