As an AML/KYC Product Manager within the KYC Utilities Area Product team, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding against money laundering activities. You will collaborate across multiple feature teams to analyze and comprehend business requirements, guiding technology solutions towards user-friendly and efficient outcomes.
Job responsibilities
- Integrate business acumen with technical expertise to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to assess the impact of proposed changes.
- Act as the liaison among Business, Architecture, Development, and Testing teams.
- Represent the user's perspective to influence and shape the product vision.
- Develop use cases and acceptance criteria to validate delivered functionality.
- Collaborate with Test teams to ensure comprehensive scenario identification and testing.
- Engage with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and align solutions with the product vision.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience as a Business/Product Analyst.
- Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to multitask across various technology platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to simplify complex system requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comprehensive understanding of Agile processes and tools.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Familiarity with API-based designs, microservices, and web services.
- Knowledge of mainframe and data warehousing systems.
- Experience with globally distributed teams.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks in banking or financial services.
