.NET FullStack Lead Developer

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead while remaining actively involved in coding and implementation
• Design, develop, and maintain .NET‑based applications and services
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and web services
• Develop and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.)
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of applications
• Experience with SQL databases
• Use GitHub Copilot (GHCP) effectively for accelerated development and code quality
• Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor team members
• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams
• Support production issues, root‑cause analysis, and fixes
