Who you areWe are seeking a skilled .NET Developer to manage and lead our development team in implementing and maintaining innovative software solutions. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect robust solutions, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality applications.

- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and support team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and maintainable .NET solutions that meet business requirements
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools to enhance project outcomes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring application stability and optimal performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes, tools, and methodologies within the .NET framework
- Demonstrate flexibility with availability during evening hours

- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies
- 6+ years of experience with .NET Core and .NET Framework
- 6+ years of experience with REST API and Web API services
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Angular
- Experience with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, and S3
- Strong understanding of public cloud architectures and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, strong initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
