The National Channel Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for driving revenue generation in class D small key account directly. Partner with the Commercial Organization to drive distribution, which contributes 80% of India business. The incumbent will be accountable to maximizes revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services through a base of channel partners in specific assigned in India markets. You will be a part of the commercial team and report to the National Sales Head, SWA Region and will be responsible for devising channel strategies and deployment for Beckman Coulter, SWA .

This position is part of the SWA Commercial team located in Mumbai and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the SWA Commercial team and report to the National Sales Head – Bec Dx SWA responsible for responsible for driving channel partner strategy for Beckman. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive revenue generation in class D small key account directly. Partner with the Commercial Organization to drive distribution, which contributes 80% of India business.
  • The incumbent will be accountable to maximizes revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services through a base of channel partners in specific assigned in India markets.
  • Drive revenue generation: Generating and growing business for the company by promoting product range and implementing Sales strategies. Defining and implementing sales strategy to meet sales targets in small accounts (class D) spread all over India with the help of 2 team members .Manage Forecasts for class D account .Ensure DSO adherence with appropriate collection strategy deployment
  • Deploy Channel Management Strategies: Define distribution goals and plan to manage distribution operations to achieve the business objectives. Consolidate the channel partners/ appoint the right channel partners to drive growth in priority segment. Identify the right CP’s with required infrastructure to support sales and service initiatives. Revenue Collections and DSO management as per company terms and conditions
  • Develop skillset among channel partners: Conduct trainings to CP team members as needed. Provide right tools and knowledge to support product portfolios .Performance Management: Monitor CP performances and provide feedback for improvements. Evaluate fitment and drive necessary actions Compliance: Strict adherence to company policies and procedures through regular audits and feedback from internal associates and clients.

Experience required:

  • 10+ years of minimum experience in Channel Management & must have delivered on revenue targets independently.
  • Prior B2B distribution experience is required & Commercial competence & Skills
  • Ability to create and enforce process discipline, deliver results and drive change & Ability to effectively and seamlessly work in cross-functional teams.

It would be a plus if you also possess:

  • Proficient in Excel, and PowerPoint. Has good presentation skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for direct communication with customers, co-workers, and partners at all levels, all functions, and all regions of the organization.
  • Proven track record of being able to work under time pressure and in a lean organization.
