Job Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis - Understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI integration in generative chatbot solutions.
- Data Exploration and Analysis - Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights, patterns, and trends relevant to the development and improvement of generative AI chatbots.
- Feasibility Assessment - Evaluate the feasibility of implementing AI models and algorithms to enhance chatbot performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Model Selection and Design - Work closely with data scientists to choose appropriate AI models, develop prototypes, and design solutions for generative chatbot capabilities.
- Implementation and Deployment - Collaborate with development teams to implement and deploy AI models into the chatbot platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization - Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of generative AI chatbots, making data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance their capabilities.
- Collaboration and Communication - Foster collaboration between data analytics, data science, and development teams to ensure effective integration of AI solutions into the chatbot ecosystem.
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Education and Training - Provide training and support to team members on AI technologies, data analysis techniques, and best practices for generative chatbot development.
- Stay Informed on AI Trends - Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing to identify opportunities for innovation in chatbot technology.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 Years of experience as an AI Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on data analytics and AI integration.
- Experience in the development and deployment of generative AI models is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and relevant AI libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and natural language processing.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, staying proactive in identifying opportunities for AI-driven improvements in chatbot functionalities.
