ABOUT THE MARKETING SPECIALIST - BRAND & DIGITAL ROLE :
We are seeking a results-driven and creatively curious Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing team. This role is designed for someone passionate about building a strong brand presence, analyzing performance, and innovating beyond the ordinary. This role requires someone with exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to transform ideas into measurable outcomes. You’ll focus heavily on driving engagement, visibility, and growth, with a focus on exceptional storytelling, social media strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
We’re not looking for someone who merely "posts" on social media. Instead, this is a critical role that will strategize, test, and innovate across digital platforms to build an exceptional brand presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute high-quality campaigns for social media, email, and web that drive measurable results and elevate the brand.
- Regularly monitor, test, and analyze campaign data, including engagement rates, conversions, and ROI, to optimize strategies.
- Stay naturally curious and proactive by evaluating campaigns in other industries, identifying trends, and experimenting with creative approaches.
- Work with the broader team to craft impactful, on-brand messaging that resonates across target audiences.
- Support and train team members, including WIN franchise owners, to execute campaigns effectively. Act as a strategic advisor for local marketing initiatives.
- Continuously test and refine campaigns, messaging, and formats to find innovative ways to engage customers and grow the audience.
- Ensure the brand voice, tone, and aesthetics remain cohesive across all digital and offline touchpoints.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media strategy, analytics, and performance marketing.
- A natural curiosity to ask "what’s working and why?" and a proactive approach to research, learn, and apply insights.
- Ability to interpret metrics, identify opportunities, and create A/B testing strategies to optimize performance.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and detail in content.
- A proven ability to brainstorm innovative ideas and implement them effectively.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including analytics dashboards, SEO tools, and content management systems.
- A hands-on, disciplined, and integrity-driven approach to work. Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively.
