Job Title: Marketing Insights Specialist


Overview:

The Marketing Insights Specialist is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that shape Cineverse’s marketing strategy and execution. This role manages marketing dashboards, attribution frameworks, and reporting cadences while working closely with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage dashboards tracking campaign performance, subscriber acquisition, and retention.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of marketing channels (paid, owned, earned) to identify ROI drivers.
  • Implement attribution models to measure campaign and channel effectiveness.
  • Partner with CRM to design audience segments and evaluate lifecycle performance.
  • Provide forecasting and scenario modeling for marketing spend and subscriber growth.
  • Deliver weekly/bi-weekly/monthly reporting for head of marketing and leadership with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Create post-campaign recaps that combine quantitative performance with strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with Product and Market Research teams to align methodologies and ensure accuracy.
  • Present insights, translating technical findings into clear business implications.

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, marketing analytics, or data strategy, preferably in streaming, media, or consumer tech.
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
  • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs (CPSU, CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn, engagement).
  • Experience with attribution modeling and marketing performance measurement.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for marketing stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting paid media, CRM, and lifecycle marketing teams.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation design, and marketing optimization frameworks.
  • Familiarity with subscription businesses and funnel analytics.
  • Passion for streaming entertainment and data-driven storytelling.

Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field required.
  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Analytics, or Marketing preferred but not required.
