Summary:
- As a Software Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team of engineers in delivering scalable and secure SaaS solutions, drive Agile adoption and AI/ML integration, and foster a culture of quality, accountability, and innovation while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams with direct people management.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record delivering cloud-native SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps principles.
- Experience with observability tools, incident management, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for coaching engineers.
- Ability to manage team schedules, balance priorities, and deliver on commitments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring delivery of high-quality features in a modern SaaS environment.
- Drive adoption of Agile practices, continuous integration, and test automation across the team.
- Collaborate closely with product and QA partners to align engineering priorities with customer needs.
- Support the integration of AI/ML into product features and engineering workflows.
- Promote a culture of quality, ownership, and accountability within the team.
- Oversee release readiness, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure secure coding practices and adherence to compliance standards (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).
- Provide input into technical architecture and implementation while enabling engineers to take ownership.

- Frontend: React, Angular
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MS SQL, MySQL
- Infrastructure: AWS and Azure
- Version Control: Git
- Testing: Unit testing, TDD/BDD encouraged
