We are seeking a dynamic change practitioner to join our Mondelez Digital Services (MDS) Change Management Team. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding and experiences in change management, including change strategy, change impact analysis, communications, stakeholder engagement, capability building, and training. They should also have experience supporting go-live efforts, sustainment programs, and return to business-as-usual.
This role is a combination role, supporting projects as well as the MDS Change Community of Practice (CoP) team. You will work directly with leaders across functions and geographies to identify and drive transformation in our organization. You will also support and create excitement around the Change Management Community of Practice (CoP), helping to build capability and a passion for change in the wider Mondelēz organization, and driving consistency in change management execution.
* Role will be a hybrid setting, 2-3 days a week either in our Chicago, East Hanover, New Jersey and/or Bournville, Birmingham, UK. Offices
How you will contribute
- Act as a change partner and be accountable for change and communication effort for projects.
- Work directly with senior-level leaders across functions and geographies to identify and drive transformation in our organization.
- Set change strategies and create plans.
- Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization with a focus on end-to-end process efficiencies and improvement.
- Define, design, and execute strategic change and transformation interventions that drive business performance, and which align to the strategic goals of the organization.
- Provide support to build individual and organization change capability in initiative teams and with stakeholders.
- Influence through ongoing partnership and active coaching.
- Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies.
- Be a champion for the CoP by developing and delivering effective communications and engagement activities to drive awareness, interest, and overall value of change management.
- Help maintain and advance our framework, tools and templates, capability offerings, and best practices, including ongoing development of the Change Management Hub in SharePoint.
- Measure and monitor the enterprise change maturity.
- Support the development and delivery of the targeted change management training courses.

- Highly effective writing and verbal communications/ presentation skills, with the ability to target information to specific audiences and needs.
- Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in change management.
- A passion for change, can drive big picture thinking and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- Instructional Design and training facilitation experience is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience with end-to-end change management responsibilities, preferably in a global program.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with end-to-end change management responsibilities, preferably in a global program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and support diverse global audiences.
- Proven experience to communicate effectively with team leaders and key stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Change management certification preferred, but not required.
Travel requirements:
- Infrequent, as needed for team meetings.
The base salary range for this position is $95,100.00-$130,800.00; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
