Manager – International Business Development

 Location: Kolkata

 Salary / CTC: Up to ₹13.0 LPA

 Experience: 6 Years (Mandatory | Service Industry Experience mandatory)

We are seeking a target-driven International Business Development Manager to lead end-to-end client acquisition for global markets. The ideal candidate will independently manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and cold outreach to commercial negotiations and client onboarding.

• Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new international and domestic clients to build a strong revenue pipeline.
  

• Lead Generation: Drive organic and outbound lead generation through LinkedIn, market research, cold outreach, referrals, and networking.
  

• End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage the entire acquisition process including discovery calls, solution pitching, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
  

• Global Market Expansion: Identify new geographic markets, strategic business opportunities, and partnership models.
  

• Relationship & Account Management: Build and nurture strong business relationships with global stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.
  

• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve defined revenue targets, maintain a active sales pipeline, and report weekly BD metrics.
  

• Experience: 6+ years of proven experience in international sales and client acquisition, preferably within the Services Sector (IT/ITES, Consulting, KPO, or Professional Services).
  

• Global Market Exposure: Hands-on experience dealing with international clients (US, UK, Europe, APAC, or Middle East).
  

• Lead Gen Mastery: Proven track record of independently generating leads and converting cold prospects into long-term accounts.
  

• Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional spoken and written English communication, presentation, and high-impact negotiation skills.
  

• Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of deal structuring, proposal writing, pricing models, and sales strategy.
