The Position
Position: Manager – Compliance
Your Opportunity
As a Compliance Manager you will be responsible for playing a key role in promoting high standards of integrity in Roche Diagnostics India, ensuring business practices are in line with local laws and regulations and Roche Group Code of Conduct, as well as monitor, coordinate and optimize Roche Diagnostic India’s processes in compliance standards. You will report into Head - Legal & Compliance and would primarily take care of:
- Performing gap assessment and assisting Head of Legal & Compliance in drawing the Compliance Road-map for the Organization.
- Implementing the Compliance Road map by devising and conducting training, process reviews, compliance engagement programs, etc.
- Working closely with business and marketing teams in determining and formalizing product promotion practices, business practices, Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and Health Care Organisation (HCO) engagement programs.
- Reviewing and approving product promotion material and HCP/HCO engagement programs.
- Custodian of mandatory Compliance e-learning and its 100% completion rate in the Organisation.
- Identifying the Compliance trainings needs of external business partners (eg. Distributors, Suppliers, Business Consultants), devising the training programs and training the external business partners.
- Assisting Head of L&C in Group Audit and own the completion of Group Audit actions items.
- Assisting in Internal Investigations, where needed.
- Assisting in Risk Assessment (Business as well as Compliance) and drawing and implementing Risk Mitigation plan.
- Assisting in drawing and implementing Business Continuity Management plan.
- Advising business, marketing and other functions on queries pertaining to Roche Group Code of Conduct.
Who You Are
- Law graduate / PG in Finance or Risk Management/ CS
- Experience in working with Healthcare industry esp Medical devices/IVD
- Experience in Group Compliance
