About the Role
CrowdStrike's Legal team is expanding, and we're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to join our growing Litigation team. This role is designed to bring focus, consistency and efficiency to a fast-paced legal environment.
As a Litigation Team Administrative Assistant, you'll be the operational backbone of a high-performing litigation team, supporting four attorneys and two paralegals across a broad range of administrative and litigation-related tasks. You'll bring order, consistency and momentum to a fast-paced legal environment — proactively managing competing priorities and anticipating needs.
What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive administrative support to four attorneys and two paralegals across the CrowdStrike Litigation team, serving as the central point of contact for all administrative needs
Manage and maintain litigation-related documentation, including creating and organizing case folders, matter files and tracking spreadsheets to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
Coordinate and manage calendars, scheduling and meeting logistics across multiple time zones using Google Calendar, with a focus on U.S. Eastern, Central and Pacific time zones
Handle expense reporting and travel coordination on behalf of attorneys and paralegals, including processing submissions through Expensify
Prepare, format and proofread substantive legal documents, correspondence and create redlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Attend litigation-related interviews, depositions and internal meetings as needed, taking detailed and accurate notes for attorney review
Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to coordinate scheduling, gather information and support case preparation
Prioritize and manage a high volume of simultaneous requests from multiple team members, exercising sound judgment to triage and escalate as appropriate
Proactively identify administrative gaps and implement solutions that improve team efficiency, continuity and consistency
Support the broader litigation team with ad hoc tasks and projects as the team's case load evolves and grows
What You'll Need
5+ years of administrative experience in a legal environment, ideally within a law firm or in-house legal department supporting a litigation practice
Demonstrated experience supporting multiple attorneys or a pool of lawyers simultaneously — law firm legal administrative assistant experience is strongly preferred
Prior experience working with or for U.S.-based companies, with a strong understanding of U.S. business and legal practices
Proficiency in Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets and Microsoft Word; comfort navigating digital document management systems
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines and requests concurrently without losing accuracy or quality
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and interact confidently with internal stakeholders
Ability to work independently, exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive legal matters
Availability and willingness to work a shift aligned to U.S. Eastern Time (approximately 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. IST) on a consistent basis
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — someone who anticipates needs, takes initiative and gets things done
Bonus Points
Experience with Expensify or similar expense management platforms (training available)
Familiarity with litigation workflows, case management systems or legal matter management tools
Experience working in a technology, cybersecurity or high-growth company legal environment
Prior experience supporting a litigation team through the full lifecycle of a case, from matter opening through resolution
Comfort using AI-powered tools and platforms to improve productivity — such as AI note-taking, document drafting assistants or workflow automation tools
A curiosity for how emerging technologies, including AI, can be applied to streamline legal administrative processes and support a modern, high-performing legal team
