AMLRS has a best-in-class team in Managed Services, Financial Crime Advisory, and Technical Expertise to disrupt financial crimes and their impact.About the Position:This role will support the Learning & Development (L&D) team in delivering programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, professional development, and organizational culture. The intern will assist in managing administrative tasks, coordinating training sessions, and supporting projects aimed at improving employee experience.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in organizing and scheduling training programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Support the L&D team in managing onboarding and transition activities for employees in the Ready for Allocation (RFA) team.
- Help maintain accurate records of training attendance and feedback using HRIS and other systems.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including virtual and in-person events.
- Assist in creating and updating learning materials and resources.
- Collaborate with other people operation teams to ensure smooth execution of development programs.
- Postgraduate student with a degree in HR or related field.
- Graduate in English Honors is a plus.
- Comfortable using MS Office applications; familiarity with operational tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (C1 level).
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
- Open to working night shift to support teams in the AMER and EMEA region.
- Enjoy working with people and fostering a positive culture.
- Is adaptable and proactive in managing tasks.
- Demonstrates curiosity and interest in learning and development practices.
- Is self-motivated and highly organized.
