Seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge. In this role, you should have a background in data and business analysis, along with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. You will develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions. - Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and analytics. - Gather and translate business requirements into effective and insightful interactive analytical dashboards and reports. - Collaborate with business users to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. - Perform data analysis to support business decisions and strategy. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. - Optimize Tableau dashboards with a focus on usability and performance. - Conduct troubleshooting on BI models and systems. - Provide technical support and training to end-users. - Stay updated with the latest BI trends and Tableau features.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role. • Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online. • Strong SQL skills and experience with databases and data warehousing concepts. • Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and data modeling. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Knowledge of other BI tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
