WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
We are seeking for an Engineer to join our Integrated Workflows product area. In this role, you will have a crucial part in enhancing our connectivity and integration capabilities, with a strong focus on operational flows & APIs. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for streamlining operational processes, expanding our integration with partner products, and contributing to the growth of our platform's capabilities.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Demonstrate broad business knowledge across Front Office, Risk, and Instruments.
• Contribute to high-level testing of risk models and mapping of new instrument types.
• Ensure operational efficiency by auditing processes, optimizing speed, managing exceptions, and automating tasks.
• Contribute to DevOps tasks such as data management, upgrades, batch processing, and access management.
• Collaborate with the team to expand API usage (C#/Java), incorporating new fields and commands.
• Integrate partner products into our standard platform delivery pipeline.
• Work with the team to build, test, document, deploy, and maintain standard configurations.
• Utilize GitHub and Specflow for version control and testing.
• Evaluate potential partners and assist with proof of concept (PoC) initiatives.
• Collaborate with external partners for seamless integration.
• Seeking an ETL developer to design and implement ETL processes.
• Require excellent business and communication skills, and to be able to understand client specific requirement.
• Require In-depth database knowledge as well as basic programming and scripting skills.
WHAT WE VALUE
We expect your skills and experience to include
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of coding languages, including C#, Java, XML, and SQL.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.
• Knowledge of data modelling principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven work experience as an ETL developer.
• Maintain and improve already existing processes.
• Experience with test automation tools such as SpecFlow.
• Experience with team management.
