As a Lead Product Manager Technical within the Dispute Lifecycle Program, you will be responsible for driving the definition, prioritization, and delivery of dispute management capabilities supporting regional and global dispute processing needs.
This role partners closely with Regional Product teams, Business Owners, Operations, Engineering, UX, and Architecture teams to translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable platform capabilities delivered through the Mastercard Dispute Resolution platform.

Lead requirements workshops, solution review sessions, and cross-functional discussions to drive clarity and stakeholder alignment.
Document complex workflows, state transitions, operational processes, and business rules to ensure implementation readiness.
Drive prioritization and trade-off decisions balancing customer value, compliance, operational efficiency, technical feasibility, and delivery commitments.
Work closely with Engineering teams to support solution design, estimation, planning, dependency management, and release readiness activities.
Coordinate with regional teams to identify opportunities for standardization and reuse while accommodating market-specific requirements.
Monitor delivery progress, manage risks and dependencies, and proactively communicate impacts and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
Partner with Operations and Business teams to validate delivered solutions and measure business outcomes.
Ensure proposed solutions satisfy Mastercard security, compliance, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.
Support modernization initiatives including workflow automation, API-based integrations, intelligent decisioning, and AI-enabled dispute management capabilities.
