We are seeking a skilled Lead Product Designer to join our Design team. You will define the strategy and vision for integrating analytics into the platform, empowering sales teams with data-driven insights to improve performance. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers, you will design intuitive, engaging analytics experiences that help teams track, measure, and act on key metrics.
This is a Product Designer III or Lead Product Designer role, offering the opportunity to shape the future of analytics-driven decision-making within the platform.
What’s in it for you?
- Lead the design process for Analytics features: From concept to delivery, you will be responsible for defining the user experience, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Identify opportunities to integrate data insights seamlessly across multiple touchpoints in the product experience.
- Deeply understand user needs and behaviors: Conduct user research, analyze data, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions.
- Design scalable, AI-enhanced, enterprise-grade analytics solutions for B2B SaaS.
- Create frameworks and patterns that enable consistent visualization approaches across different feature areas and user journeys.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in design and AI.
- Mentor and partner with junior designers to share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- 6-8 years of experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments.
- Understanding of data concepts (metrics, KPIs, reporting structures)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem solving for data-heavy products and a deep understanding of data visualization best practices.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Demonstrate systems thinking that connects individual data visualizations to create a coherent, end-to-end experience
- Strategically builds consensus and trust across diverse stakeholders with competing priorities
- Manage project expectations through appropriate visibility, negotiating scope and timelines to preserve design integrity while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
- Navigates ambiguity and incomplete information confidently
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Bonus: Experience with designing for learning and development platforms.
- Bonus: Proven experience designing for technical or specialized user bases
