The Lead Operations position involves assessing and managing operational and financial reporting risks, developing analytics, and collaborating with management to implement risk mitigation strategies.
To further enhance the organization's assessment of both operational and financial reporting risk, we are looking for a high performing risk and control professional. Responsibilities include identifying and overseeing operational and financial reporting risks inherent across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will be able to interact with management at all levels within the organization to understand both financial reporting and operational risks, develop analytics, and testing approaches to assess both risks and controls. They will also develop and maintain reporting that illustrates the organizations risk profile. This position requires the ability to "think outside the box", identify emerging risks and help the lines of business implement strategies to mitigate them.
