About this team:
The Lead, Enterprise Sales - Demand Facilitation role is responsible for leading our enterprise demand practice, owning and driving partnerships with some of the largest agencies (Hold Cos), DSPs and enterprise partners in India. The role is responsible for driving incremental demand to Magnite platforms via our suite of enterprise products and commercial partnerships.
In this role you will:
Build and own relationships with some of the largest agencies (Hold Cos), DSPs, and enterprise partners for India
Identify, build and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders (up to C-suite) for our key partners
Develop business and account strategies to help Magnite evolve and advance partnerships with key partners
Identify business opportunities through proactive engagement with Agencies, DSPs, and enterprise partners
Become a trusted advisor for your partners and the go-to person for anything AdTech
Understand the rapidly evolving ad tech ecosystem for new ideas / opportunities to guide the company’s business strategy and growth
Deliver training and support to agency teams and enterprise clients
Provide feedback on market trends to Magnite's product team
Partner with Magnite’s global product teams to understand global product developments and opportunities this creates for Indian Demand partners, developing a localized strategy and execution plan to take new offerings to Demand partners
Capture and relay product feedback from our partners to various Magnite stakeholders
We’re looking for someone with:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) desirable
10+ years of digital advertising sales experience preferable in AdTech
Deep understanding of programmatic, IO, SPO, and DSP ecosystems
Strong communicator with excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills
Ability to understand/present complex products and deal structures.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines simultaneously
Detail-oriented
Comfortable with sales-, revenue and activity-targets
Confident working autonomously and driving initiatives from concept to execution
Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, Google Slides; Tableau a plus
