As a Lead Digital Product Manager, you will own the development of AI-enabled products from inception to scale. This individual contributor role combines product leadership with deep technical fluency, allowing you to define success metrics, lead experimentation, and translate insights into product decisions. You will drive architecture and design choices and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable business impact.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the full product lifecycle for AI-enabled solutions - from discovery and requirements to prototyping, delivery, and optimization
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to design, build, and scale AI-powered products, including generative AI and LLMs
• Own product architecture and model evaluation frameworks, telemetry, and instrumentation
• Define and drive KPI frameworks and establish data contracts with engineering
• Translate customer problems and market signals into product strategies, roadmaps, and narratives
• Run experiments with statistically sound methodologies and communicate insights to executives
• Build scalable analytics and reporting infrastructure, including dashboards and deep-dive analyses
• Ensure compliance with governance processes and maintain clear documentation
• Drive cross-functional execution and contribute to product culture through crisp writing and outcomes orientation
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in quantitative discipline
• 7+ years of total professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning
• 2+ years of the last 5 years must include hands-on experience in DS/ML
• Experience building AI-enabled products, including generative AI and LLMs
• Experience creating dashboards and business reviews using BI tools
• Solid product thinking with experience defining metrics, instrumentation, and telemetry
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and prototyping
• Demonstrated ability to lead experimentation and interpret results for product decisions
• Demonstrated solid communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare domain
• Experience with applied analytics and ML productization
• Solid project management skills and experience in cross-functional environments
• Background in enterprise integrations, data interoperability, and event-driven architectures
• Proven product writing (PRDs, PR/FAQs, business cases) and stakeholder communication
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership with engineering, data science, design, and operations
