Role
Overview
We are looking for a Junior
HR Executive who can support both recruitment and day-to-day HR
operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized,
people-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple HR responsibilities in a
fast-paced work environment.
This is purely a contractual
position, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role based
on business requirements, and management's decision.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent
Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
for assigned positions.
- Understand job requirements and
coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals,
professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial
candidate interactions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with
candidates and management.
- Maintain candidate databases and
recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the
recruitment process.
- Support offer rollout, documentation,
and joining formalities.
HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records and
HR documentation.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction
processes.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and
employee records.
- Coordinate routine HR administrative
activities.
- Support preparation and maintenance of
HR reports and trackers.
- Assist in employee engagement and
internal HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with employees and management
on routine HR-related matters.
- Ensure proper documentation of HR
processes and employee information.
- Provide general administrative support
to the HR function as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, Business
Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in core IT recruitment
and IT HR operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal
skills.
- Strong organizational and
time-management abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and
HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google
Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and
handle sensitive employee information.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to
learn and take ownership of tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
