Requirements
Accounts & Finance
● Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
● Prepare and update billing records and invoices.
● Track payments received and pending collections.
● Maintain transaction sheets and expense records.
● Calculate monthly salaries and incentives.
● Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
● Track credit card expenses, due dates, and repayments.
● Monitor bank account balances and cash flow.
● Maintain Tally accounting entries and financial records.
● Coordinate with the company's CA whenever required.
● Ensure all financial records are updated accurately and on time.
Administrative Responsibilities
● Maintain company documentation and internal records.
● Prepare reports whenever required by management.
● Follow up on important payments and due dates.
● Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration related to HR and accounts.
