Position Summary:
· This resource will provide functional support and ad-hoc project work for multiple JDE customers worldwide.
Job Responsibilities:
· Functional support for moderate to complex queries and issues from end users which may involve one or more of the following:
· Providing users with workarounds
· Troubleshooting or debugging with developers
· Proposing SQL fixes to database tables & Identifying ESUs or liaising with Oracle for bug fixes.
· Identification and resolution of JDE system errors
· Application setup and process refinement
· Update and maintenance of JDE configuration
· Guidance to users to follow correct JDE procedures
· Proactive and reactive maintenance of JDE systems from a Functional perspective
· Monitoring of key customer integrity reports
· Project specification and testing of new customized JDE applications or modifications to existing JDE applications
· Creating CRP scripts, IT Script, Testing & UAT Support.
Qualifications & Experience Required-
· Minimum 6 years of experience in JDE- Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA. Job Cost, Contract Bolling).
· Experience with S&D (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory) will be a plus.
· Preferably Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) or Master of Commerce (M. Com)
· Good understanding of business concepts & strong analytical & problem-solving skills
· Good communication (written and oral-in English) and interpersonal skills
· Ability to learn new functionality and customer customizations
· Should be comfortable to work in US & UK time zone.
