React & Cloud-Integrated Front-End Developer | Microservices, API & Accessibility Expertise

Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced FullStack React Developer with solid expertise in microservices architecture and cloud-based deployments to support the development of scalable, resilient web applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver feature-rich front-end solutions integrated with distributed backend services. The ideal candidate will focus on creating high-performance UIs, consuming REST and GraphQL APIs, and supporting cloud-native deployments to enable business growth and digital transformation.

Software Requirements
 

Required Software Proficiency:

• React.js (latest stable version) — proven experience in developing dynamic and responsive UI components

• Redux — strong understanding of state management in complex applications

• JavaScript (ES6+) — extensive experience in scripting and front-end development

• HTML5 and CSS3 — proficiency in creating accessible and responsive user interfaces

• RESTful APIs and GraphQL — experience consuming and integrating external and internal APIs

• Version control: Git, GitHub — expertise in code management, pull requests, and branching strategies

Preferred Software Skills:

• Cloud platform deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP) — familiarity with cloud environments supporting scalable front-end and backend integration

• Testing frameworks: Jest, Mocha — experience in writing unit and integration tests

• Containerization: Docker — understanding of containerized deployment for scalable infrastructure

• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps — support automated deployment pipelines

Overall Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable front-end applications using React.js and Redux, aligned with microservices-based architectures

• Collaborate with backend and cloud engineering teams to consume and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs

• Work closely with DevOps teams to support deployment and continuous integration on cloud platforms

• Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components focused on user experience and accessibility

• Participate in architectural discussions related to microservices integration and cloud-native design principles

• Write clean, testable, and scalable code following established coding standards and industry best practices

• Troubleshoot UI and integration issues, addressing performance bottlenecks and bugs

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, exploring new front-end frameworks and cloud-native capabilities

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development using React.js and Redux

• Proven track record in building responsive, enterprise-level web applications supporting complex user workflows

• Experience consuming and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs within front-end applications

• Exposure to cloud deployment and containerization practices is preferred

• Hands-on experience working in agile teams, participating in code reviews and iterative releases

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop and maintain React.js-based UI components and pages, ensuring performance and accessibility standards

• Collaborate with backend and API teams to integrate services and data sources

• Review code, perform unit testing, and optimize UI performance and responsiveness

• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile environment

• Troubleshoot and resolve UI bugs, performance issues, and client feedback

• Support deployment automation and infrastructure support in cloud environments

• Contribute to UI/UX best practices, design system updates, and technical documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred

• 5+ years of experience in React.js and front-end development for enterprise applications

• Experience designing scalable and accessible UIs in cloud-supported environments

• Certifications in React.js, cloud deployment, or front-end development are a plus

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API integration principles
