Application / Team Overview:
TTS Core Accounts consists of franchise critical applications and is on the journey of transformation. This role is on Integration Layer which comprises of key components responsible for Integration of other applications in the bank with Core DDA system, the vision is to expose standardized cloud native APIs that will be consumed by other applications
Responsibilities:
- Developer with strong programming skills responsible for development of Services/APIs using Springboot, Java, Apache Camel, OpenShift, AWS, API Gateway
- Fair understanding of CI/CD and devops principles
- Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements, including using script tools and analyzing/interpreting code
- Consult with users, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions.
- Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications.
- Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct testing and debugging
- Resolve issues by identifying and selecting solutions through the applications of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Technical / Functional Proficiency:
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on API/Services development. Experience in one or more of following technologies is required - Springboot, Apache Camel, Openshift, AWS, Kubernetes
- Experience in JSON, XML, YAML, XSD, XSLT, and XPATH
- Experience on Messaging layer like Kafka, IBM MQ, JMS is desired
- Experience in finance domain is a plus
Education:
- BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Candidate should be willing to work in flexible timing to collaborate with global CITI team
