Job Title: International Recruiter
Job Locations: Bihar | Jharkhand | Odisha | West Bengal
Source and identify suitable candidates for Gulf and overseas job opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong candidate sourcing network across assigned locations.
Generate candidate leads through local networks, referrals, contacts, and other sourcing channels.
Screen candidates based on job requirements, qualifications, and experience.
Coordinate with the recruitment team for candidate shortlisting and interview scheduling.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
Achieve recruitment and candidate mobilization targets within assigned timelines.
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in Gulf Recruitment, Overseas Recruitment, or International Recruitment.
Candidates with prior experience in Gulf manpower recruitment or overseas placement.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
