Role Overview: We are hiring a highly disciplined and travel-ready Field Operations Executive responsible for inter-city and inter-state movement of storage hardware. The core responsibility is to deliver new storage hardware to assigned cities and retrieve filled storage hardware containing collected data on a daily or twice-daily basis
1. Hardware Deployment
- Travel to assigned cities on company budget
- Deliver new storage hardware to city hubs or storage locations
- Ensure proper handover acknowledgment
- Verify hardware functionality before deployment
2. Data Retrieval (Core Responsibility)
- Collect filled storage devices daily or twice daily
- Follow strict retrieval schedules
- Ensure safe handling and transport of storage devices
- Prevent data loss, damage, or delays
3. City Responsibility Alignment
- Own end-to-end hardware movement for assigned cities
- Track hardware issued, collected, and pending
- Ensure continuous rotation of storage devices
4. Travel Planning & Calendar Discipline
- Maintain a structured travel planner or calendar
- Share daily travel plans with the reporting manager
- Escalate delays in advance
5. Documentation & Tracking
- Maintain hardware logs and travel logs
- Share end-of-day status reports
6. Coordination
- Coordinate with City ICs, Ops Leads, Central Data Team, and Inventory Manager
- Escalate risks related to hardware or data
Skills Required:
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Strong planning and time management
- Basic hardware handling knowledge
- High accountability
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and Calendars
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–3 years of experience in field operations or logistics
- Valid driving license preferred
- Comfortable with frequent travel

- Zero data loss incidents
- Hardware safety compliance
- Reporting accuracy
Compensation:
- Fixed salary - 25,000 per month
- Travel and stay covered by the company
