As an Intelligent Automation Product Owner- Associate in our IT department, you will engage in business reengineering, data handling, and problem-solving. You will develop user personas, explore alternative solutions, and contribute improvement ideas and best practices. You will also create and deliver functional training on products/modules and mentor the team from a functional perspective to ensure delivery of the module.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Intelligent Automation projects by maintaining existing automations and piloting modern solutions to enhance business performance.
  • Promote an automation culture by evangelizing the IA program's offerings and the value of automation tools.
  • Apply Firmwide frameworks and policies to ensure controlled automation deliveries.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders and IT leadership to define, design, configure, test, deploy, and integrate new or enhanced automations.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining the IA Solution Library and building a global team of automation professionals while complying with security and risk protocols.
  • Lead automation opportunity identification and assessment, including tracking, repairing, and reporting defects.
  • Create and maintain documentation for training, cross-training, and disaster recovery, and serve as a final escalation point for automation execution and issues.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in business analysis, product management, or project management roles, and a proven track record in driving medium to large projects with strong results.
  • Demonstrate excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, and engage and collaborate effectively with leadership teams both locally and globally.
  • Possess a good understanding of digital process automation, RPA, and intelligent automation in tools like UiPath, Instabase, and Alteryx
  • Exhibit exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and play a key role in driving innovation and the digitization agenda for India and global teams.

  • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and an evidence-based approach, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of project management techniques and business analysis, along with commercial awareness, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences and acting as a translator between parties, while thriving in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and showing a strong interest in business development and information technology.
